Job Description

  • To troubleshoot, analyse fault, rectify and test gearbox or engine after receiving report from the mechanic.
  • To respond immediately and ensure urgent repairs are attended to.
  • Conduct vehicle inspection.
  • To liaise with office staff on parts unavailability and place order accordingly.
  • To handle customer complaints and reports.
  • Proper maintenance of all equipment and special tools.
  • Perform all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain safety, good order and tidiness in working area.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Responsible for completing all repair works and services.
  • Ensure timely and quality services within stipulated work time.
  • Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
