Responsibilities

. Furnish quotes, address inquiries & issues

. Renewal review, negotiation & follow up for business retention

. Develop new clientele and service existing portfolio

. Enhance operational workflow & processes

. Achieve monthly sales target

Requirements

. At least one year of working experience, preferably in motor insurance

. Customer-centric team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills

. Minimum professional qualification of a CGI

. Coordinate with insurer companies

. Fresh graduates & Diploma holders are welcome
