Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Consultant based in Singapore. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on various mortgage products, evaluating financial profiles, and conducting in-depth consultations to recommend optimal mortgage solutions. The role also involves fostering relationships with potential clients, liaising with lending institutions, ensuring documentation accuracy, and providing ongoing customer support to streamline loan approval processes.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, mortgages, and mortgage lending processes
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively work environment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Prior experience in the financial or mortgage industry is preferred
