Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Promoters to join our mooncake tasting campaign during the Mid-Autumn Festival. You will play a key role in introducing our festive mooncake selections to shoppers through live sampling and engaging conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live mooncake tasting sessions and explain product features
- Engage customers warmly and offer personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by highlighting festive promotions and assisting with orders
- Maintain booth cleanliness and ensure sample replenishment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems (training provided)
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold company values
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to supervisor
Requirements
- Prior experience in F&B sales or product sampling is preferred
- Passionate about food and festive traditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Additional Information
- Training will be provided
- Uniform and sampling materials will be supplied
- Candidates must be available for the full campaign period
- Work Location: Shopping malls / pop-up booths across Singapore
- Employment Type: Part-time / Temporary
- Working Period: 4th September - 6 October 2025
- Salary Range: $12 per hour
