Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: design and execute sales strategies, including market analysis, account segmentation, country and account planning, and sales forecasting.
Ensure alignment with broader business objectives through strategic approach to sales planning.
- Business Analytics & Insights: develop and implement tracking of sales KPI's.
Use data to inform sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and optimize sales performance. Conduct through investigations and translate findings into actionable sales insights and recommendations.
- Incentives & Policies: create and implement sales and client incentive plans, draft policies to govern client segmentation and resolve ownership conflicts.
- Sales Operations: become the subject matter expert in sales processes, create playbooks and efficient workflows, and ensure the sales team is equipped with the tools and information needed to succeed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, and HR, to align sales strategies with company-wide goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: foster strong relationships with Sales leaders, ensuring clear communication and alignment for effective sales execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a high growth tech company or strategy consulting firms
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and proactiveness in problem-solving Preferred
