Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Research Associate or Scientist to optimize our mutant allele enrichment chemistry and support assay validation activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in molecular biology and will work to improve assay sensitivity, validate analytical performance, and contribute to clinical feasibility studies.

Key Responsibilities

Scan assay parameters to optimize condition and achieve design freeze.

Conduct analytical validation by benchmarking assay performance

Execute clinical feasibility studies by coordinating with clinicians and bioinformation for sample tracking, data analysis, and result interpretation.

Manage Laboratory and Reagents Inventory

Organize, analyze, interpret and record data according to company standards

Qualifications

-BSc., MSc or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.

-Some hands-on experience in NGS assay development, cfDNA workflows, or molecular diagnostics (industry or academic setting) is a great plus.

-Strong skills in PCR, qPCR, nucleic acid extraction, purification and quantitation.

-Highly organized, independent, and capable of executing experiments with attention to detail in a fast-paced startup environment.

-Good written and oral communication skills
