Join BD, a global leader in medical technology, and play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. We're looking for a Technical Specialist to support our manufacturing operations through hands-on equipment management, process optimization, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to achieve consistent output and meet product quality standards
• Troubleshoot machinery issues promptly and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Monitor process parameters continuously and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal production conditions
• Conduct quality inspections to identify and manage non-conforming products effectively
• Support product changeovers by setting up molds and updating production systems (MES) accurately
• Program and fine-tune robotic systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following SOPs, GMP, and EHS standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or technical operations
• Experience in mold setup and changeovers in injection molding handling various types of equipment
• Experience in robotic systems programming and fine-tuning
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain various equipment to ensure good running conditions
• Strong problem-solving skills applied to equipment and process issues
• Attention to detail in monitoring and maintaining production quality
