The client is a leading full-service semiconductor foundry providing advanced design development,and wafer fabrication services to global technology innovators. We are currently hiring for an urgent opening as below:
Location: Woodlands
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 12-hour rotating shift (Day & Night)
Job Summary
The role involves equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process support to ensure stable operations, high equipment uptime, and production efficiency. We are specifically looking for candidates with direct hands-on experience in semiconductor modules such as Diffusion, Implant, Etch, or Thin Film processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor in-line SPC, defect rates, and equipment abnormalities daily to ensure timely resolution and proper handling
- Lead productivity improvement projects for new processes using analytical tools to optimize process conditions and technology
- Establish and validate process parameters for semiconductor equipment to maintain line stability
- Evaluate and develop new equipment, materials, and processes to support manufacturing innovation
- Analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage projects related to process improvement and technology transfer
- Adapt to shift work schedules as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, or related Engineering discipline
- Experience in semiconductor equipment or process environment is preferred
- Exposure to any of the following modules is required: Diffusion, Implant, Etch, Thin Film
- Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) is required
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day & night)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
