. To model all Elements asper design intent & constructions specs.

. To adhere to BEP.

. To highlight clashes ofthe model to BIM coordinator & Assist BIM Coordinator.

. To prepare detail modelfor 2D shop drawings submissions and site use.

. To annotate model viewsby adding dimensions, tags, legends, schedules, etc.

. To make tags and create2D families to make the perfect drawing with all the right information on it

and guarantee a smooth-running project.

BIM coordinator/modeler open for Singapre PR, CITIZEN . (Speaking Chinese is prefer)

To possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

To have at least 5 years of related working experience

Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD, Revit, Bentley software, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
