Job Overview

MC Models Global is looking for a responsible, well-organised, and motivated Assistant to support our daily operations in talent management, model coordination, casting, shoots, and events.

This role is suitable for someone passionate about the fashion, modelling, and entertainment industry, with opportunities to grow into senior coordination or management positions.

Key Responsibilities

. Assist with model recruitment and online casting submissions

. Coordinate schedules for shoots, fittings, training, and events

. Reply to client and talent enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media

. Support backstage operations during fashion shows and pageants

. Assist in organising portfolios, comp cards, and talent profiles

. Coordinate with photographers, makeup artists, designers, and clients

. Help manage social media updates and posting schedules

. Prepare simple reports, booking records, and attendance lists

. Support training sessions and academy activities when required

. Handle administrative and coordination duties assigned by management

Requirements

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Responsible, organised, and able to multitask

. Basic knowledge of social media and mobile apps

. Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends/events

. Passion for fashion, modelling, pageantry, or entertainment industry

. Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn

. Prior experience in events, modelling, customer service, or coordination is an advantage
