Our team is seeking a Mobility Consultant to join our team in Singapore. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What you'll do
- Prospect and develop new corporate and commercial fleet accounts through outreach, referrals, and leads — qualify opportunities, understand client needs, and convert them into sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: initial enquiry, needs assessment, vehicle recommendation, quotation, negotiation, and deal closure — consistently meeting monthly unit and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with fleet decision-makers across corporate and commercial clients — serve as their go-to advisor for fleet needs and product recommendations.
- Conduct regular account check-ins and proactive follow-ups to support client retention, upcoming renewals, and fleet replenishment cycles.
- Maintain accurate and current client records, interaction logs, and pipeline status; ensure all customer data is handled in accordance with company policy.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the fleet portfolio.
- Stay current on trends, new model releases, and competitor offerings; apply this knowledge to differentiate Inchcape Singapore's proposition in client conversations.
- Coordinate internally with the other departments within Inchcape to ensure a smooth customer handover experience for every fleet order.
- Act as the client's point of contact for post-delivery service needs.
- Submit accurate weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast inputs to the reporting manager; highlight risks and opportunities to support team planning.
- Conduct all sales activity in accordance with Inchcape Singapore's compliance standards — including ethical client engagement, accurate documentation, and adherence to data privacy requirements.
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in fleet, automotive, B2B, or related industries; prior fleet or commercial vehicle sales experience is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline independently — from prospecting and proposal to close — with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage confidently with corporate decision-makers and present fleet solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable working with numbers.
- Knowledge of Singapore's fleet market and EV trends is advantageous.
