Job Summary
You will engage with customers to diagnose and discuss basic repair issues, perform fundamental repair tasks, manage shop operations independently during manpower shortages, and support sales activities to ensure smooth daily business.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with customers to identify and explain basic repair problems and solutions
- Perform basic repair tasks efficiently to resolve common issues
- Manage shop operations independently when staffing is limited to maintain service continuity
- Support sales activities by assisting customers and promoting products or services
- Follow company policies and procedures for daily shop management and customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment during all shifts
Other Information
Benefits:
- Work hours: 11.30am to 10.30pm
- Rest day: 1 day per week (Monday to Thursday)
- Annual leave and medical leave follow Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations
- Salary range: $1800 to $2000 basic
