We are seeking a skilled, patient, and compassionate Cat Groomer to provide a range of grooming services. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to ensuring a safe, low-stress, and positive experience for every feline client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, de-matting, nail trimming, and sanitary trims.
- Execute breed-specific haircuts and styles as requested by pet parents.
- Calmly and safely handle cats of various temperaments and sizes.
- Conduct pre-grooming assessments to identify any skin conditions, parasites, or health concerns.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized grooming station and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, clearly communicating grooming plans and after-care advice.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Cat Groomer or Cat Groomer's Assistant.
- Proficiency in safe and humane restraint techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of feline behavior, breeds, and coat types.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized grooming school.
