Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid internship for a Mobile Full-Stack Developer Intern, based in Singapore. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining mobile and web-based tools used by real production teams in the podcasting and spoken-content space. This role involves hands-on front-end and back-end development, owning features end-to-end, and shipping products that are actually used.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Building and iterating on mobile and web applications
• Writing, debugging, and maintaining clean, scalable code
• Collaborating with founders and team members to translate workflows into product features
• Optimising performance and ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms

This is a shipping role, not a purely academic internship.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack development, including back-end and front-end work
• Familiarity with mobile application development frameworks
• Experience designing, building, and troubleshooting software products
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team
• Clear communication skills
• Bachelor's degree not required
• Polytechnic diploma, self-taught background, or currently pursuing relevant studies are all acceptable
