MNC: Data Analyst- Accounts/Reporting (Python/SQL/Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query)

.Seeking for a Data Analyst with minimum 1 yearof hands-on automation/business process improvement with Python/SQL/PowerAutomate, Power BI and Power Query tools.

THE COMPANY

With their international and solid presence, this Commodities MNC is expanding. They are seeking for a Data Analyst to be part of the Finance/Accounts team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the current Accounting processes and workflow
• Automate, design and streamline Accounting work processes using Python, Power Automate and other Microsoft ecosystem tools (repetitive tasks, reporting, AP processes)
• Ensure efficient data validation, extraction and consolidation processes from varying data sources
• Use and maintain data visualizations, reports and Power BI dashboards for financial reporting
• Enhance data quality and governance by ensuring reporting accuracy
• Document automation initiatives
• Conduct training for the finance team
• Act as backup for the Accounts Payable function
• Work closely with other relevant departments (Finance, IT teams etc)

JOBREQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting/Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce/ITComputer Science or any other relevant education
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Accounting process automation/business process improvements
• Strong hands-on experience with advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, complex formulas), Python scripting, SQL, Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI
• Handled data validation, extraction,transformation and reporting
• Organized, meticulous, hasgood interpersonal and communication skills
