Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Mixologist/Bartenderto join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages,delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organizedbar. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about cocktails, spirits, andbeverage presentation while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and quality.
- Recommend drinks and provide menu suggestions based on guests preferences.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and comply with all licensing regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Monitor and replenish bar stock, garnishes, and supplies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock ordering when required.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, reliable, and well-groomed.
- Food Hygiene certifications are an advantage.
