Job Summary
Support the Missions Department by managing meeting documentation, financial matters, database maintenance, translation assistance, and coordinating Missions-related events and activities.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record and prepare meeting minutes to ensure clear communication and follow-up
- Update and maintain Mission-related content in publications and notice boards to keep stakeholders informed
- Manage financial transactions and records related to Missions Ministry to support budgeting and reporting accuracy
- Maintain and update the Missions database to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Provide translation assistance between English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication within the department
- Coordinate and assist in organizing Missions-related events such as conventions, mission trips, camps, and fellowships to ensure smooth execution
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts to support collaborative ministry efforts
- Manage multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines and support department objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma qualification and a heart for Missions
- Competency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to support translation and communication needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
