Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions.
System Design & Implementation: Design and implement system solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
MIS Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain Management Information Systems to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
Process Improvement: Conduct gap analysis and recommend process enhancements to optimize workflows, efficiency, and scalability.
Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with IT teams and vendors to ensure successful system integration and deployment.
End-User Support & Training: Provide guidance, training, and support to users on system functionalities and best practices.
System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
Project & Transformation Support: Support strategic initiatives, including digital transformation, process automation, and operational improvements.
