Manlie Collective Pte Ltd is looking for a reliable and responsible Store Manager cum Cashier to oversee the daily operations of our convenience store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage the store efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle cashiering duties and process customer transactions accurately
- Supervise daily store operations, including stock replenishment and display arrangement
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Manage inventory and maintain proper records of stock levels
- Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with company standards
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to increase revenue
- Lead and motivate store assistants to provide excellent customer service
- Assist in planning and executing store promotions and events
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or convenience store operations preferred
- Able to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Responsible, trustworthy, and customer-oriented
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Singaporean / PR preferred
