MINI Regional Marketing Specialist (1-Year Renewable Contract)
Responsibilities
Support the Regional Marketing Manager (50%):
- Oversee 360-degree Holistic Marketing Campaigns for Product and Brand Communications, including performance monitoring across 7 markets covered in East Asia region.
- Campaign Management: Support to ideate and manage regional campaigns.
- Activity management: Approval of market activities based on CI guidelines, create briefs for artworks.
- Social Media: Approval of content calendar.
- Website: Oversee markets on new website creation, campaign management, web analytics, reporting, ecommerce, site maintenance and new product pages.
- Media Planning: Support to create integrated online media strategy and campaigns, display, SEM, retargeting. Identify new media communications platforms and evaluate media opportunities.
- CRM: Support Salesforce campaign setting and tracking. Reporting included.
- Event management and BTL support: assist with adhoc projects/ conference.
- Market Steering: Review market activities and marketing calendar, ensure up-to-date content on all communication channels.
- Agency Steering: Proactive agency steering for above tasks.
Administrative Tasks (50%):
- Budget tracking and dealer claims processing, marketing invoice processing, invoice tracking, usage of SAP for end-to-end process of vendor/invoice payment.
- Filing/ organizing and archiving of documents.
- Creation of presentations and reports, charts, and any required decks/ materials for marketing.
- Setting routine meetings with markets and agencies.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree education with at least 3 to 5 years experience in marketing, digital, and or regional steering positions.
- Must be organized and comfortable with administrative tasks, must enjoy organizational tasks with diligence, comfortable working with numbers and attention to detail.
- Regional marketing steering, CRM, CMS, IT infrastructure related experience are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with regional stakeholders, agencies, and business partners..
- Understanding of general brand or marketing communications tactics.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional teams, markets, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
