Job Description-

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Core L1 Associate (Migration Specialist) to provide technical support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and assist in migration activities across multiple environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of secure file transfer technologies, networking fundamentals, security concepts, and application support processes to ensure smooth and secure migration operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support for migration-related activities and end-user queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfer protocols such as FTP and SFTP.
• Support secure communication technologies including SSH and SSL configurations.
• Monitor and assist in application migration across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting involving TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Assist in validating firewall configurations and connectivity requirements during migrations.
• Conduct application testing and support deployment activities during migration windows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless migration execution.
