Migrant Domestic Worker Trainer (Singapore)

A.W.MAID AGENCY is seeking a dedicated and organized Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) Training & Development Officer to support the training, onboarding, and welfare management of migrant domestic workers placed with employers in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training programmes, conducting orientation sessions, assisting with employer-worker matching, and ensuring compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and employment agency standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology, Social Work, Training & Development, or related field.

Experience in employment agency operations, training coordination, customer service, or migrant worker management preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage.

Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with Singapore MOM employment regulations and employment agency practices is an advantage.

Able to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
