Key Responsibilities

• Production Management: Oversee night shift operations, ensuring daily production targets and schedules are met.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, motivate, and manage performance for production operators.
• Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, maintaining a 5S/6S compliant work environment.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve production bottlenecks, equipment failures, and technical issues during the shift.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical field.
• Experience: Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, often in MNCs or high-tech sectors.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Flexibility: Ability to work 12-hour shifts or permanent nights
