Middleware System Engineer

• Build a scalable middleware architecture to address system fragmentation, integration challenges, and legacy infrastructure.
• Manage integrations between WMS, SAP, TMS, DBP, WES, and other systems to ensure smooth data flow and automation.
• Design, implement, and maintain middleware solutions for seamless communication and data exchange.
• Ensure secure and reliable message exchanges using appropriate protocols.
• Collaborate with business units, project managers, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Set up monitoring and logging systems to proactively resolve issues.
• Continuously optimize middleware performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in middleware systems engineering or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, Boomi).
• Strong knowledge of middleware concepts, integration patterns, and messaging protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams.
