Job Description:
- Join the Middleware Service Operations team and specifically to the CTM (Control-M) / CFT / MQ team.
- Manage the global production services and project management for the scope covering BMC Control-M, Axway CFT/Secure Transport/Sentinel amd IBM MQ.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the following technical platforms:
- Operating Systems: Linux, Unix and/or Windows.
- Middleware Technologies: BMC Control-M, Axway CFT/Secure Trasnsport/Sentinel, IBM MQ
- Monitoring and Data analytics tools: OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos.
- Scripting tools: Java, Unix Shell, Python, PowerShell, perl.
- Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
Experience in one or more of the following technical platforms:
- Docker/Kubernetes, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, GIT.
- Ability to work in shifts and support On-call in rotations.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and logical skills.
- Customer oriented and a strong team player.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
Advantage if you have the following:
- DevOps tools & framework experience.
- BMC Certified Service Professional in Control-M Version 9.
- IBM MQ experience.
- Experience working in the banking / financial institution.
