MyAuditCompanion (MAuC), a sister company of KLP LLP, is an audit software development company. MAuC is in the process of building the next generation of AI-powered audit automation tools - transforming how financial audits are done through intelligent data mapping, machine learning, and seamless workflows.
We're looking for a Mid/Senior Full-Stack Developer who can own the full cycle - from architecture to deployment - across our Flask backend and React frontend. You'll be working directly with the founder to scale MAuC from MVP to enterprise level and help shape its technical roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain our Flask backend and React + TypeScript frontend
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas for multi-tenant SaaS
- Develop secure, scalable REST APIs to connect AI and data processing layers
- Containerize and deploy with Docker, AWS ECS, RDS, and S3
- Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and production deployments
- Implement Auth0 / JWT authentication and robust role-based access control
- Collaborate with AI and data teams to integrate ML models into production
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3+ years of full-stack or backend experience
- Expert in Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy) and React (TypeScript)
- Solid understanding of AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD
- Familiar with AI/ML fundamentals (classification models, APIs, data pipelines)
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a startup setting
- Experience with secure SaaS architectures and multi-tenant systems
Bonus Points
- Experience with Celery, Redis, or background task management
- Knowledge of audit, finance, or data analytics workflows
- Prior experience in early-stage startups or SaaS scaling
