Description and Requirements
As a Mid-Market Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing Lenovo's business across a portfolio of mid-market accounts in Singapore. You will work closely with channel partners while engaging end customers directly to build demand, identify opportunities, and position Lenovo as a trusted technology partner beyond traditional PC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts in Singapore
- Build and execute joint account plans with channel partners, resellers, and distributors
- Engage directly with customers to understand business priorities, challenges, and upcoming IT initiatives
- Identify and develop opportunities across PCs, Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), managed services, professional services, and IT infrastructure
- Develop account plans, stakeholder maps, and opportunity strategies for key customers
- Collaborate with internal product, services, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and deal closure
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and partner-led deal visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, hardware, or IT services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role
- Experience managing a portfolio of mid-market or commercial accounts
- Strong experience working with channel partners, resellers, or distributors
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships with both business and technical decision-makers
Good-to-Have
- Experience selling IT infrastructure solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management best practices
- Understanding of the Singapore mid-market landscape and competitive environment
- Experience in a matrix organization with cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to develop account strategies and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners
