Roles & Responsibilities
Execute the bank-developed scripts to uninstall the existing APEX agent and install the new endpoint agent.
Validate successful agent deployment and ensure systems are functioning as expected after installation.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system issues that may impact the agent deployment process.
Investigate deployment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with the Bank's infrastructure and security teams to ensure a timely and successful rollout.
Maintain deployment status, document issues encountered and provide regular progress updates.
Perform deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting activities during off-business hours, including nights, weekends and scheduled maintenance windows, as most of the Bank's server maintenance activities are conducted outside normal business hours.
Skills/Requirement
Min Diploma or above is required.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Knowledge of Hyper-V and/or VMware vSphere.
Experience with Windows Server patch management using WSUS, SCCM, or Microsoft Configuration Manager.
Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and Microsoft 365 integration.
