Microsoft Identity Service Engineer / Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for tickets raised for Microsoft Identity services

• Manage daily operations using runbooks from the Microsoft Identity & Network Access (IDNA) team

• Perform tenant provisioning, account, and subscription management

• Handle incident management and ensure timely resolution

• Monitor services to ensure stability, performance, and security of identity and access management solutions

• Follow prescribed security and compliance processes, including certificate rotations

• Escalate unresolved issues to Microsoft according to runbook guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field

• Engineer: Minimum 2 years of technical engineering experience with coding

• Specialist / Lead: Minimum 5 years of technical engineering experience with coding

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Self-driven with a long-term strategic mindset

• Quick learner with the ability to pick up new technologies and industry trends

• Experience and passion for building highly scalable services

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

• Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS

• Knowledge of open-source tools and frameworks is an advantage
