We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical consultant to drive the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynamics CRM development and proven experience leading development teams to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for business requirements.
- Design and develop plugins, custom workflows, and server-side components to extend CRM functionalities.
- Drive the end-to-end implementation of at least one Service Module, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and implement Service/Sales module solutions in a team lead capacity.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and solution architecture.
- Support system integration with other enterprise applications and services.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM technologies, frameworks, and development trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in application development, with at least 4 years in a Technical Lead role for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM development, including plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
- Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end Service module implementation.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing Service or Sales module solutions in a team lead capacity.
- Experience with CRM integrations, customization, and configuration.
- Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Good to Have:
- Experience with ReactJS development or integration of ReactJS-based applications with Dynamics CRM.
- Knowledge of modern web technologies and CRM integration frameworks.
