Perform routine and non-routine microbiological testing as part of R&D studies.
Preparation of media, perform sample plating, incubation and colony enumeration.
Handle and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and functioning accurately.
Document results in Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and upload data into the LIMS system (NEXUS).
Maintain lab cleanliness and manage lab supplies to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Ensure adherence to all site-specific safety and hygiene protocols.
Communicate any issues or abnormalities to R&D personnel and team leaders immediately.
