Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in the implementation and support of Meter Data Management System (MDMS) solutions and the management of large-scale Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) environments.
4+ years of experience in SAP IS-U, including functional and technical expertise in Device Management (DM), Energy Data Management (EDM), Billing, and FICA integration.
Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), with experience developing system enhancements, automation tools, and operational reporting solutions.
Strong understanding of meter data management processes, validation and estimation methodologies, and AMI operational workflows.
Experience supporting system integrations, data quality management, and production support activities within utility environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain Validation, Estimation and Editing (VEE) rules and algorithms to identify consumption anomalies, tampering events, and meter data quality issues.
Ensure metering data management processes, data models, and operational workflows comply with applicable regulatory and utility requirements.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Network Management Systems (NMS) to improve daily meter reading success rates and overall network reliability.
