Job Summary

Seeking a Messaging & Collaboration Cloud Architect to design and govern enterprise messaging platforms across Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments. Responsible for driving messaging modernization, cloud migration, security, compliance, and operational governance initiatives.

Mandatory Skill-set

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration technologies;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online;
• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Administration and Hybrid Exchange Deployments;
• Expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and identity integration;
• Experience with Azure Networking and hybrid cloud messaging solutions;
• Strong knowledge of mail flow, transport services, and messaging migrations;
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell automation and scripting;
• Knowledge of messaging security, compliance, and governance frameworks.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise messaging environments;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive integration;
• Relevant Microsoft and ITIL certifications.

Responsibilities

• Define messaging architecture standards, strategy, and roadmaps;
• Design and govern Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and Hybrid Exchange environments;
• Architect Microsoft 365 and Azure-integrated messaging solutions;
• Ensure messaging security, compliance, and governance requirements are met;
• Lead messaging migration and modernization initiatives;
• Establish operational standards, monitoring, and service management processes;
• Drive automation using PowerShell and AI-enabled operational tools;
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with key technology teams.
