Position: MES Operations Engineer

Job Description:

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a MES Operations Engineer on site with a client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain work instructions for electronic batch records within MES
• Review and test Process Instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Configure and manage SAP master data to support MES integration
• Conduct gap assessments to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
• Rrevise Process SOPs in alignment with GMP and operational standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including automation, QA, and manufacturing

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of working experience in hands-on experience in MES implementation in biopharmaceutical operations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Great team player.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
