This is a key strategic hire, with the team continuing to build around strong sponsor relationships and sustained transactional activity across Asia.

The opportunity

35 PQE associate

US or UK qualified

Open to candidates relocating from Hong Kong, London, or New York

Strong M&A experience essential, with private equity exposure preferred

Background at a top-tier international or peer US firm

You will work closely with well-established partners on high-value, cross-border transactions, advising leading private equity sponsors and global corporates.
