Key Responsibilities
- Support merchant onboarding activities including documentation verification, account setup, and basic product training
- Handle daily operational tasks and respond to basic merchant inquiries in a timely manner
- Track merchant activation status and onboarding progress to ensure smooth implementation
- Ensure accurate data entry, record maintenance, and timely system updates
- Follow established SOPs and internal guidelines to maintain operational consistency and compliance
- Escalate operational issues, discrepancies, or delays to senior team members when necessary
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support for merchants
Requirements
- Basic understanding of operations, customer service, or administrative processes
- Prior experience in operations, customer support, fintech, payments, or POS industry will be an advantage
