What's the role

This is not a traditional affiliate operations role. We are looking for a Merchant Operations & AI Channel Activation Manager for the new agentic commerce area – to help merchants become discoverable, understandable and transactable across AI-powered commerce channels. This role sits at the intersection of merchant onboarding, catalog operations, data quality, transaction tracking and AI-channel readiness

What will you be doing

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and activation of merchants across commerce and AI channels
• Manage product catalogs, feeds and data quality to ensure accurate and AI-readable merchant information
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support integrations, tracking and operational readiness
• Monitor transaction flows, reporting accuracy and commission reconciliation
• Analyze merchant performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion and revenue
• Develop operating procedures, quality controls and merchant playbooks to support scale
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial and Finance teams
• Support merchant issue resolution and continuous improvements

• Experience supporting e-commerce, marketplace, merchant onboarding or digital operations environments
• Understanding of product catalogs, pricing, inventory and reporting processes
• Familiarity with commerce platforms, product feeds and analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and operational data
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable collaborating with technical and commercial stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity about AI-powered commerce and emerging digital channels

It would also be a plus if you have:

• Experience with affiliate networks, commerce platforms or marketplace ecosystems
• Exposure to AI tools and conversational commerce environments
