Job description:

The incumbent will primarily be responsible for assisting the Transformation Project Team to manage the projects and track its progress with the relevant stakeholders.

  • Assist project managers with developing project plans, timelines, and status reports
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
  • Track project progress and update task lists
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met
  • Conduct research and provide insights that help improve project workflows
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
  • Help maintain documentation, including project charters, risk logs, and budget trackers

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree/ diploma in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity with project management principles is a plus
  • Familiarity with suite of Microsoft products
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
