Responsibilities
- Conduct daily business-as-usual (BAU) assessments and periodic reviews of new and existing merchant profiles related to AML/KYC and credit risk assessments within service level agreements (SLA). Collaborate with diverse stakeholders during the merchant onboarding process. Monitor alerts as part of ongoing AML/KYC notifications. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Merchant Assessment team. Maintain updated status on tracking systems.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE A Level or equivalent qualification. Relevant work experience in AML/KYC processing and risk assessment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under tight deadlines. Collaborative team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel.
