Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for some work from home flexibility. As a Merchandising Manager/Retail Operations Manager/Retail Assistant, you will oversee product merchandising, optimize inventory management, and analyze trends to make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with various teams to drive sales, ensure proper assortment, and deliver excellent customer service experiences. The role also includes managing day-to-day retail operations and ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Communication and delivering exceptional Customer Service
  • Experience in Sales and strategizing for performance improvement
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management and ensuring optimal stock levels
  • Strong ability to manage and optimize Assortment strategies
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in retail management tools and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
