Join Birkenstock as a Merchandising Intern and support seasonal assortment planning, product analysis, inventory optimization, and Go-to-Market initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in merchandising across Southeast Asia.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail; knowledge of merchandising or inventory planning is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is an advantage
  • Organization & Communication: Well-organized with strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Mindset & Passion: Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about footwear, fashion, sports, or retail; previous internship or retail experience is a plus

YOUR SHOES TO FILL

  • Merchandising & Planning: Support seasonal assortment planning, product launches, and Go-to-Market initiatives across SEA markets and channels
  • Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales, inventory, and product performance, and prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations for key stakeholders
  • Product & Inventory Management: Maintain product data, monitor inventory, recommend replenishment actions, and coordinate product samples
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor benchmarking and analyze footwear trends, pricing, and consumer insights to support merchandising decisions
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retail, Customer Service, Global teams, and external partners to drive seasonal initiatives and merchandising projects
