About Ksisters:

Ksisters is a fast-growing K-Beauty and K-Lifestyle e-commerce company based in Singapore. We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong interest in entrepreneurship to join our dynamic team as a Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and installing product displays, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, and monitoring stock availability at Guardians and Watsons. #KsistersTeam!

Responsibilities:

  • Commit to at least 4-5 days a week.
  • Plan and manage daily store visits to ensure all assigned outlets are serviced efficiently (multiple locations each day).
  • Set up and install product displays according to brand guidelines and planograms.
  • Ensure displays are clean, well-maintained, visually appealing, and that products are neatly and correctly displayed, priced, and well-stocked
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and maintain inventory levels, and promptly report out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet managers, understand their SOPs and operations, and collaborate with them to optimise product placement and brand visibility.
  • Address and resolve store-level issues to ensure compliance with the standards outlined in the initial sales agreement.
  • Provide timely reports with insights and feedback on display performance.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to suggest and implement improvements in merchandising strategies.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum O-Level or Diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing or retail merchandising (experience in beauty/personal care is a plus)
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Organised, detail-oriented and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Willing to travel to multiple locations each day.
  • Possessing a personal vehicle is a plus
  • The role may require additional hours, including after the regular operating hours (i.e., after 10:00 PM / before 09:00 AM), to assist with setting up fixtures and ensuring smooth operations
