Job Description

  • MNC Company

  • Basic $3,000 - $4,000 + AWS + VB

  • Working Location: Tai Seng

  • Working Days: Monday - Friday

  • Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Collection Planning

  • Plan and execute Men's and Unisex product lines across shoes, bags, and accessories.

  • Create regional collection plans and define key must-have items based on brand direction, fashion trends, and market insights.

  • Contribute to the design development process during collection planning, working closely with design teams on product concepts and assortment direction.

  • Drive sales through effective commercial strategies.

  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis use insights to improve future collections.

Merchandise Management

  • Work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Merchandising Planning to develop best-sellers, core items, and standout styles that support brand storytelling and commercial success.

  • Partner with the Merchandising Planning team to grow categories and improve profitabilityacross markets.

  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to optimize product displays and boost customer interest and sales.

Product Management

  • Maintain and improve product classification guidelines to ensure accurate and relevant analysis.

Seasonal Product Pricing Strategy

  • Develop pricing strategies with the Merchandising Planning team and identify pricing gaps or opportunities.

  • Set seasonal product prices based on margins, perceived value, and market competition.

Seasonal Buying Preparation

  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables with key stakeholders for each season.

  • Communicate seasonal merchandising strategies and key initiatives to internal and external buying teams.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports using QlikSense, Excel, and internal product lifecycle systems.

  • Conduct detailed post-launch and post-buy reviews by product line and region recommend actions for improvement.

  • Track sales performance and identify market gaps to inform future collection planning.

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or Business with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity

  • Experience in regional markets will be a plus

  • Analytical and data driven mindset with a clear focus on results
