Merchandiser

Job Summary

This role supports the Team Leader by ensuring product availability, planogram compliance, accurate pricing, and effective merchandising at retail outlets.

Responsibilities

• Merchandize stock displays at retail outlets to maintain full shelf availability
• Execute product placement and display Point Of Sales Materials to enhance visibility
• Monitor and ensure product availability on shelves and compliance with planograms
• Create and maintain promotional and display zones to support marketing campaigns
• Verify products have correct price tags and accurately write orders for restocking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in FMCG distribution with at least 2 years in merchandising or product promotion
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with team and clients
• Ability to carry stock from backroom storage to shelves as needed
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure
