Our client is a MNC in FMCG Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Merchandiser to be part of their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Merchandiser:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, in-store displays, and competitor activities, and report updates to the Sales Executive.
- Replenish and merchandise products to ensure neat, attractive, and well-organized displays.
- Coordinate with store personnel to secure better shelf placement and additional display space.
- Execute promotional activities and ensure timely setup of POSM materials.
- Maintain stock hygiene and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Support sales performance while ensuring compliance with workplace safety and security standards.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with islandwide travelling
- Min 2 years of FMCG merchandising experience in handling multiple stores
