Merchandiser Executive

Job Brief

As a Merchandiser Executive, you will work within the Merchandising team, managing the company's sales

planning and stock production each season.

Sales Planning

. Generate and analyse sales and stock numbers weekly.

. Analyse sell-through reports and implement promotions for slow-moving items.

. Allocate stock based on sell-through rates and market demands.

. Collaborate with Warehouse/Logistics to control inventory.

. Coordinate with Store Operations to gather feedback on stock and store openings.

. Manage inventory and promotional settings via Retail e-POS, including creating product loaders, purchase

orders, and setting promotions.

Requirements:

. 3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising or a related role

. Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising or related field

. Good knowledge of the retail industry and current trends

. Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
