We are looking for a hands-on Merchandise Executive in Retail/FMCG to support our regional operations.
While this role carries a merchandising title, it is heavily focused on stock & inventory management (approx. 70%), working closely with warehouses, factories, and sales teams across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management (Core Focus)
- Monitor warehouse and store inventory levels and prepare weekly reports
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Track stock movement and support decisions on replenishment, markdowns, and clearance
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or out-of-stock items and propose solutions
- Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with forwarders
- Conduct inventory audits and manage returns/damaged goods
Merchandising & Planning
- Support merchandise planning based on sales trends and forecasts
- Assist in seasonal buying and stock allocation
- Work with cross-functional teams to align stock levels with business needs
- Participate in store events, product launches, and promotions
Sales Support & Analysis
- Analyse sales data, customer trends, and product performance
- Collaborate with sales teams on pricing, quantities, and timelines
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports
Requirements
- Min. 3 years experience in merchandising, inventory management, or sales support
- Strong understanding of stock flow and supply chain operations
- Experience coordinating with factories, suppliers, or logistics partners
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Chinese language required (to liaise with regional factories and HQ)
- Experience in retail/wholesale environment is a plus
