Description:
We are looking for an experienced sales merchandiser to support our growing retail business. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years experience in a similar sales merchandising role, and have a strong understanding of Singapore's supermarket retail landscape including Dairy Farm Group, NTUC Fairprice, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily visits to assigned retail points to ensure our products are on display as prescribed
- Liaise with store managers & staff to place new orders & ensure that our products are never out of stock
- Meet minimum monthly sales targets
- Ensure monthly promotional activities are activated & properly communicated
- Ensure that planograms/agreed product displays are enforced at the store level
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers & staff to promote a strong, co-operative working relationship
- Coordinate with store managers regarding new product launches, promotional activities, roadshows, and sampling activities
- Participate in in-store samplings & roadshows
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with sales merchandising of frozen products (min. 3 years)
- A strong existing relationships with store managers at Dairy Farm, NTUC, Sheng Siong
- An understanding of food safety concepts including FIFO, temperature requirements
