Job Summary
Manage project tenders and contracts with a focus on Pre Tender cost estimation. Other duties include contract administration to support construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Take care of MEP scope in tender namely ACMV, Fire alarm and prevention, plumbing and sanitary, Electrical
- Prepare detailed BQ and costing for contracts and tenders to support project bidding and execution
- Administer contract documentation and processes throughout pre- and post-tender phases to maintain project control
- Liaison with other function within the company to facilitate tender submission in time.
- Apply Revit, AutoCAD, and drafting skills to produce technical drawings that meet project specifications
- Work independently with meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure quality and compliance
- Communicate effectively in English to interpret contract practices and coordinate with project stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of combined industrial and commercial experience in MEP fields
- Knowledge of MEP and specialize in either Mechanical or Plumbing or both
- Knowledge of tender contracts and project tender processes
- Non Singaporeans with vast Singapore working experience are welcome to apply
- Attention to details and meticulous in work preferred
- Mature and hard working
