As the MEP Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction projects across Southeast Asia. You will lead the full project lifecycle - ensuring technical excellence, timely execution, and stakeholder alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Leadership - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of semiconductor or data center construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
- Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including design consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Procurement & Scheduling - Manage procurement strategies, construction sequencing, and risk mitigation plans.
- Site Oversight - Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Team Management - Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Reporting & Documentation - Prepare and present regular project reports, progress updates, and issue resolutions to senior management and clients.
- Contract & Change Management - Ensure all project documentation, contracts, and change orders are properly managed and executed.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in data center construction.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, technically complex projects across multiple phases and geographies.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, cleanroom environments, and mission-critical infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings and produce professional documentation.
- Open to relocation within Southeast Asia based on project requirements.
